Our Bourbon flavor (also known as candy flavoring oil) is an unique flavor resembling the sweet, oaky flavor of bourbon whiskey without the kick. This flavor captures the essence of aged bourbon, offering a sophisticated depth of flavor that enhances culinary creations. Our Bourbon flavor is November 2017's Flavor of the Month!

This flavor is water-soluble and is not recommended for use in flavoring chocolate or chocolate coatings.  This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings.
