How do I place an order?

Visit the custom order request tab above and fill out the order request form. I will reach out to you with any additional questions and your quote.

When is payment due?

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice to confirm your requested pick up date. If not received within 24 hours of invoice, your requested day may be forfeited to accommodate another order.

Do you offer gluten-free, nut-free or dairy-free options?

I currently do not offer these options.

How long do your cookies last?

Custom orders come with each cookie individually heat sealed for freshness. They will stay fresh at least 2 weeks if unopened. Once a cookie has been opened I suggest eating within 48hrs for optimal freshness.

Can I freeze your cookies?

Yes! My cookies freeze very well! Often times people will freeze the cookies if I am unavailable for the exact date they'd like. To freeze the cookies you will very carefully place them in a tub or Ziploc (if using a Ziploc I recommend putting a cookie sheet under it for stability). Rather than stacking them on top of one another, try stacking them on their sides. If your cookies are packaged in a box you can simply leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before you'll be needing them. When it comes time to thaw them, pull the container out of your freezer 12-24 hours before you will need them. DO NOT open the container until the cookies have come to room temperature. Opening the container may allow condensation to reach the cookies in which case they will be ruined.
