We are looking for someone who has a passion for baking, the ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment!

This is baker & retail assistant is a part time position and will include:

• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, heat sources, & other equipment to make baked goods
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next day.
• Packaging
• Assisting in retail duties such as inventory management, ordering and receiving product shipments, stocking merchandise
• Assisting shop owner with miscellaneous duties 

Baker & Retail Assistant Requirements:

• Good communication, time management, and planning skills.
• Attention to detail, especially during quality inspections.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently 
• Capability to work in a busy environment, including standing, walking, bending, using hands and appliances, and lifting heavy items.
